This is really insightful, and I wish I had read it so that I could have stolen a few of your ideas for my other long ass post right above this one. :P Very well said.

You're going to be okay. That's what's going to happen. Everything's okay.
Huh. I swore this wasn't the case, but he was indeed on the commentary for Messianic Myths and Ancient Peoples according to what I just looked up. Now I'm tempted to go watch it again.
I would just like to second what Stephen77 has said. If you want to say something about Community, feel free to post and I'm sure you'll be swarmed on with opinions. If you want to read other people saying stuff about Community, you can always check out the first 20 pages or so. :P
I can't remember who it was (stephen77?) who was adamant that this had better be as much of an Annie episode as an Abed episode, but I remember thinking on how much they should be terribly pleased.
Abed has every reason to know about the troll's existence, at least, because he has presumably visited Troy when he was living with Pierce, or at least heard Troy talking about how Pierce put it directly outside of his bedroom door. It makes sense that he'd be petty enough to give it to Troy as a gift.
Actually, Dr. Clash, that's exactly what I love about it in this particular case. I'm not a Dr. Who fan at all, but I know enough about the series to get the really vague references and it keeps them from having to have someone researching Dr. Who so that they don't make a reference that annoys the fanboys by being…
I did not think this at all until I read this comment, and now I am kind of sad about Internet. :(
I had never seen this before.
I'm pretty confused by the number of people on Twitter who are confused. It really was pretty straightforward, given all of the preparation that we were given about it being wacky.
You should probably run off in…!
I think I know which wildly popular character you're referring to. Mine was reading some season 1 DVD reviews, where someone was just flat out being a dick and said "So and so dies." Hateful.
I'll just be right here, judging you.
I'm currently about 4 episodes into Season 3, and I literally want to slap every single person that I've ever met who watched the Wire and didn't tell me to watch it. Every single person.
Ah hell. Does NC count? I'm hoping I'm inland enough to survive the hellfire.
I stole it from elsewhere and may have said it last week, but she's like a Caps Lock key come to life. She's at the very front of the media charge to drag people into the court of public opinion and shame/judge them before they get their fair shake in a court of law, and she's constantly putting herself in positions…
Nothing is REMOTELY wrong with you.
MORE SPOILERYNESS
But it's not something that was difficult to pick up on, and everyone BUT Annie got it well before then. Look at everyone's reaction right before Troy takes the phone, including Troy's - Annie is going to say something nice, and it's even Troy who says something along the lines of "You still don't get it! Britta…
Of course Troy was irritated about it, because he knew exactly what would happen. He would say amazingly sweet things to her that he actually means, and she would respond by thinking that the guy who said them was a total loser.
