Touche.

I didn't think there was enough of him intact to pull that off. The news made it seem like he was rendered soup.

Damnit! I was all excited that James Marsden is going to be in an upcoming movie until I saw it was a Nicholas Sparks adaptation. Eww.

At the very least he'd suffer carpal tunnel and I'm all for him experiencing any kind of pain.

How about we toss his ass in a cave and then seal it with a boulder and see how well he plagiarizes Jesus.

Hey Sean, when are we gonna get the option to Vote Up articles? I want to give this one all of them.

I don't know about that. Tyler Perry's career is still thriving.

Chris Pine always looks like an onion is being held under his nose.

My favorite Fran moment is the call she makes to Peter Serafinowicz to masturbate. That cry she lets out when he starts telling her he's going to come over makes me laugh without fail.

And the other thing is Hollywood executives really love the smell of their own urine and what they really like doing is urinating on things.

Not accepting his blank incarnation is where he showed a measure of growth. The film really gives the impression that his alcoholism was the result of his friends moving on and life not turning out to be the big party that Gary felt he was due. It didn't feel like he accepted his responsibility in turning off the

I agree with most of your points but the Blanks also made it clear that as long as you don't act like a destructive prick you wouldn't be converted. I found them to be pretty reasonable. Wasn't their ultimate goal peaceful cohabitation and a fair exchange of knowledge?

Aw come on, Leblanc isn't the single actor who figured out how to succeed after Friends. Only Schwimmer and Perry appear to be the ones having trouble landing anything concrete.

Stephen Mangan has made a career out of playing shitheels. I've watched a lot of brit-tv so I'm pretty familiar with him. He's like a classically trained Will Ferrell. If he is given good material, like Dirk Gently, he generally rises to the occasion. If you got a problem with him it probably has more to do with how

Fran Katzenjammer!

Seriously?! That's hilarious! When he dies we're going to find out he was the high priest for some Anansi-worshipping cult.

Doesn't World's End just give off the illusion that Gary has had major growth when in reality he is still incredibly delusional? The only real change he seems to affect in his life is coming to terms with his alcoholism. That's no small feat, sure, but it wasn't really his major issue. That is his inability to let go

It definitely has the best Simon Pegg performance of the trilogy. If the Academy gave out awards for Best Acting in genre films he definitely deserved a nomination. That was gut-wrenching acting. He is the story's clear villain (SPOILER ALERT: He destroys the entire planet in a supreme act of selfishness!) yet he is

Nah that's a legitimate complaint. I feel the same way and watching Scott Pilgrim and World's End definitely reinforced my position on the lackluster action of Hot Fuzz. The frantic energy and excellent choreography on display in both of his latter films was more along the lines of what I was expecting from Hot Fuzz.
