Outstanding TV
I think if anything you cant call this show predictable in any respect. I've had friends who watch it with their theories of how episodes and seasons will play out and Gilligan and Co have surprised us at every turn. Can't wait til spring '11!

Putney Swope
I always had a dream idea of adapting the flawed classic Putney Swope into a show today with the always underrated Tim Meadows in the lead role. I think especially with the success of Mad Men, it could serve as a great comedy counterpoint. Hopefully somebody sees relevance in this.

Saw a billboard for this yesterday where the tagline was "it's not a diary, it's a movie", now I just need a billboard explaining how to tie my shoe and I'm set.

Great Doc and Suggestion
Saw this for the first time in film school, I think in the same class I saw Koyaanisqatsi, needless to say, left that class with great admiration of Philip Glass.
