That season was an absolute shocker. With a cast that included indulgent male cast members like Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Farley & Norm Macdonald, and a female lineup that was relagated to the background and given nothing to do, it was over bloated and under developed.

In that case, Rob Schneider gets off the hook (barely) but it sure as hell doesn't excuse the rest of them for turning in half assed performances and acting way too important for the show.

The sixth season of "SNL" was a misfire in every sense of the word. The show seemed unable to establish it's own identity (despite a new producer and cast at the helm) and worst still, unable to escape the long shadow of it's past with both the public and press comparing the newcomers (rather unfavourably) to their

Indeed. Welcome to the world of primetime soaps! :). What you said is correct. Both Christopher and John Ross are half brothers since they share the same father, JR.

The woman who shot JR was Sue Ellen's sister, Kristin Shepherd who is Christopher's actual biological mother. Christopher was the product of an illicit relationship between her and JR. Bobby later adopted Christopher and his wife at the time (Pam) became Christopher's adopted father and mother.

Who would have thought that TNT could knock this one right out of the ballpark?. The huge success they've had with the first season of the revived "Dallas" has quite frankly stunned everyone - myself included. The show is a massive hit for the network and no doubt they're over the moon about it.

Having watched "The Iron Man" I was impressed with the level of intelligence both in terms of the script itself and the performances of E.G Marshall & Robert Reed. Given that "Perry Mason" (which was also on the same network as "The Defenders") had the higher profile and bigger ratings, "The Defenders" seemed to want

I've always had a soft spot for "Black Orchid". Partly due to the fact that it's a simple two part story. Had it been a standard four parter, then quite frankly it wouldn't have worked.

The fifth season "M:I" was the most experimental with regards to it's approach to storytelling. The episodes you mentioned are excellent ("The Killer" featuring Robert Conrad & "The Innocent" are prime examples of the show at it's best).

The decision to cast her in "Mission" was odd to say the least when you consider how young and relatively unknown she was at the time. To be the leading lady in a well established and successful television series was a big thing for a newcomer in those days - still is truth be told.
