Many film studios are moving toward this business model, especially for things with a small pre-existing audience. Werner Herzog's recent film got this treatment, according to an old New Yorker magazine lying around here somewhere, and some piece of bigger-budget studio schlock almost did, before theater owners

If you find little difference between Tim and Eric's majestic oeuvre and trash youtube made by 11 year olds, I find little difference between you and 11 year olds.

Manny's going to leave a witness to a cold-blooded murder while at the same time leaving empty-handed from his attempt at revenge. Not only at revenge, but also to prevent further attempts on his own life, as well as protecting his investments… Smart guy that would be…

Apparently some people don't understand that they're aren't supposed to like everything that happens on the show.

Why do you watch television?

It's only been the basis of drama since ancient Athens, according to Aristotle.

I think for something to be a 'rip-off' it needs to have happened within at least 500 years.

Shiny Happy People is a great one. They played it on VH1 Classic the other day.

Sort of been a stock character in drama and literature for 3000 years.

I think it was supposed to be Nov. 11, or Armistice Day, the anniversary of the end of WW1, although Nucky called it 'Memorial Day'. This would explain the red poppy such as European politicians still wear to signify WW1.

He's great in 'Toys', which is a great film.
