I can't help but suspect that Orlando Jones has more going on then we're lead to believe.  There is something very strange about him and his turning a blind eye-type attitude.  I wouldn't be surprised if there were plans for some sort of revelation for his character at some point.

It's recommended to be in therapy if you are also doing therapy (which most psychiatrists aren't), but no longer required either while you're practicing or while you're in training.  Definitely it's not a bad idea, though.
