No the point was clearly that most sitcoms are pretty shitty and nothing like real life, but they can still be entertaining and elicit a reaction from the audience.  If you actually think watching TV and then commenting on a site (almost 7000 times) somehow makes you an expert on "good TV", I think you should find

I think Scurbs is a decent show, but I really liked the episode that was shot as a crappy sitcom.  I think they really did a good job of making it feel like a two and a half men type show, and I liked the "sometimes people just watch shitty TV to relax and escape for a while, and there is nothing wrong with that"
