I just listened to that episode and the one with Joan Rivers, she seems pretty comfortable in the interview portions, but during the banter it's weak.
I also think she steals the cadence of PFT and Tom Scharpling, there were a few times when she made little asides, or the rhythm of her joke sounds identical to the two…

I loved super sad Low, but The Great Destroyer was such a fun stylistic change. And those videos they made for a couple of those songs were so weird and silly. It was pretty nice to see people who don't take themselves as seriously as their music makes people think finally cutting loose.
