"KING KONG"!!!! Actually my favorite Kong movie, not ironically.

I stopped watching this show in season 2, but I'm very happy to hear that the Warblers are finally the CREEPS - seriously, those guys were one of the reasons I stopped watching. I hate those guys.
Some friends decided to play Candy Land a few years ago at a party. I huffily refused to join in because, and I do exactly quote myself, "I didn't learn how to read so I could play Candy Land!"
Well, I think you're absolutely wonderful.
Oh, about 500 times.
Actually she manages to not seem crazy at all, which is very impressive.
I think it's more because they're both known for playing strong fighter-types in the movies. We'll see though - I can't really imagine Shirley MacLaine in any period she wasn't actually alive in, if that makes sense.
The doormat Shirley MacLaine of the sixties was no match for Maggie Smith of the same time. Now, I bet they're more evenly matched.
There was a "comedic" episode I saw once with Carol Burnett and Jesse White. It even had a laugh track, the only episode that did…it was yucky.
For some reason I skipped the (free) audio tour of the MOMA, and regretted it.
I hope they are titpeckers.
That was Connie Francis? Oh of course it was.
I know what you mean - it's not really the same thing, but I had a friend whose parents happened to see the Supremes perform in some school gymnasium in the early 60s, long before they hit. That is pretty cool, of course, but he said his parents knew the group was something special - I'm just a little skeptical of…
Willie Nelson was one of the best shows I've ever seen - there really was something almost magic about the vibe. Also, he sang "Me and Paul", and there was Paul right there!
Woah…only like 5 tickets left, not that I'm surprised. I got one of them - thank God for big sisters with American Express cards.
Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I'll see if I can scratch together the…scratch.
Yeah he's always been contrary about performing his hits - I remember a write-up of a concert he did in Phoenix in the Eighties with Willie Nelson, and they didn't perform "Pancho & Lefty", which I'm sure was due to his reluctance.
The DVD I last watched, about 5 years ago, did the same thing. It didn't really ruin anything, but it definitely didn't help.
This is so true. I'm debating right now whether to see Merle Haggard in February - he hasn't sounded so good for at least ten years, but it's Merle Haggard, man! One of my favorites since I was a child. And I might never get another chance.
That was pretty awesome in Deep Red.
You didn't need me to say that, and I didn't need to say that, but I wanted to see if I remembered how to do italics. Now, let's hit "Post as jonnieboy", and see what we find!
