As an AD fan, I was taking offense to people comparing this show to Arrested Development. I don't think I can be any clearer about that. I don't care if people like this show. Just don't compare it to something good.

stop comparing this show to Arrested Development. It's insulting. AD worked so hard to (and did) create original characters so well-drawn that, if they wanted, their dialogue could write itself. But they went the next step and scripted the most amazingly textured dialogue in the history of television.
