I'm seeing him twice in 2016, incredibly excited!

This was my favorite song of 2015 by a wide margin. Beautiful melody, incredible emotional depth, simple arrangement, Sufjan's voice….it's a perfect song. Haunting and sad but cathartic and uplifting all at once…I love this song so, so much.

Patchouli is the most outdated hippie jam band fan stereotype. Nobody uses that shit anymore. Contemporizeeeee, man!

I'm extremely excited to see the trial…and it's coming soon. Judge Ito made an appearance on the preview for next week!

Holy shit, the Gibney documentary was outstanding. For the curious, it's about the utterly shocking string of fuck-ups by the intelligence community prior to 9/11. Watching this I was literally clenching my fists in anger. I read the Lawrence Wright article on which it is based right away to get more context. They had

As did I on first listen. But you and I weren't assigned to review the record. I know it's just a music review on an album that may or may not be finished yet, and I know it just got released, but doesn't that seem like a pretty big fuck up? There are already about a million track-by-track breakdowns of this record

Yeah, the Ray J dig prompted a Liz Lemon style eyeroll from me. As did the Taylor Swift line. As did the song-long rant against Nike. Pettiness is such a gross characteristic.

They also said Future was on this album…

Yeezus is head and shoulders above this, and I maintain it is better than anything else Kanye's done.

Agreed. I will say the second time through was much better. But there's still a few headscratchers. 'Low lights', 'Highlights', 'Wolves', and 'Facts' just don't really work for me.

Yeah I have no problem with an artist being a nutjob if they produce greatness. But this album doesn't touch Yeezus, Dark Fantasy, etc. There's some great moments and Kanye is still a genius producer, but this album feels so scattershot and lacks any kind of thematic cohesion, which his best work has always had.

I loved the end of season 1, where we really saw the connection between Jimmy/Saul and Walter White. Jimmy, like Walt, had a chance at salvation, but he will ultimately be undone by his pride and his ego. Walt had so many chances at salvation that he didn't take, and I suspect Jimmy will have several more before the

This is why I can't support her. I don't think Hilary would make a terrible president, but I don't think she will make a good one either. She will do nothing about the too big to fail banks, nothing about rampant political corruption, nothing about income inequality. Yes, Bernie would have an uphill battle to get his

POLLSTERS HATE HIM!

Spectacular. I was guessing you would go with, "I got rejected by a bald woman," but you went with the far less obvious choice. That's why they pay you the big bucks SQG

U wot m8?

I always loved the football coach: "Can he play?"…"He has a concussion. I don't even think he can walk"…"Goddammit, I asked you a question goddammit! Can he play?"

Is Ignatiy a masochist? Serious question. I can't imagine trying to write an actual critique of this atrocious movie without wanting to lay down in front of a tractor. I mean, he probably had to go back and watch it a couple times, really pick apart the nuance of this absolute shit-bomb…(shudders at the thought)

It's really troublesome how quickly this type of thing turn into a full-on internet witch hunt. Reddit users should always remember the name Sunil Tripathi:

The Office is the undisputed champ of ruining its characters: Jim and Pam became insufferable yuppie asshats, Kevin went from a lovable doofus to a mentally handicapped person, Stanley went from a lovable grump to a complete asshole, Andy went from an unhinged fratbro to a sad, pathetic shell of a person. I watched
