Really, as balls to the wall with craziness as this episode was (Stay Real, Kooan!), There are only 2 words you ned to describe it:  "Fish Whistle". This instantly made it into my daily lexicon, only to be supplanted by Honey Boo Boo's Mama's phrases "Vajiggle Jaggle" and "Lady Biscuit".
