When he was at the TCA tour in advance of the premiere of The Finder, I seriously wanted to grab him for a Random Roles interview, but there wasn't time to do a decent one there, and when the show debuted mostly to shrugs…well, anyway, it never happened. But I really wish it had, because he always seemed extremely

@avclub-410987637793620466d1b0732bd7ed6d:disqus - I remember it well. In fact, a few months after that interview, I was actually offered another chance to talk to Cloris, but I took a pass. God bless her, but with her tendency to flit about from subject to subject, she's about as frustrating an interview as I've ever

Hey, if I had either a budget or college credit to offer some poor student, I'd've had an intern long ago just to handle the interview transcriptions…and would no doubt have seen my productivity skyrocket, since I spend most of my time trying to figure out ways to avoid transcription.

I'm the one who excised it from the interview in the first place, because although it was hilarious, it was decidedly off-topic. But when I said I was going to do a post on my blog about it, they suggested I put it the link to it in the comments as a way to still give people a chance to read it. Works for me.

Oops. If I had an intern, I'd get them on that right away.

Fear not, it has already been asked and answered. I can assure you that I have rarely missed any opportunity to ask an actor about an appearance on CHiPs, be it Bryan Cranston, Bruce Jenner, or, as of yesterday, John Rhys-Davies.

Started one in L.A., but we're finishing by phone sometime in the next little while. Before The Mob Doctor premieres, anyway.

BTW, there's a little bit more to the conversation that didn't fit into the interview proper, but I highly recommend that you check it out if you want to know who the real danger on the series is… http://newsreviewsinterview…

Yeah, it's like John Lydon suggesting that Sid & Nancy glorified heroin use. Are you fucking kidding me? Sid & Nancy might've glorified punk rock's top fuck-up, but it's the number one reason (with Trainspotting coming in second only because I didn't see it first) I'll never, ever do junk.
