Well, for one thing, it's a different writer blogging it. But, more importantly, Season 3 is kicking Season 2's ass.

My apologies. It was a busy day yesterday.

This is Frank Grimes, isn't it? Good ol' Grimey, always making with the jokes…

Also, imagine the savings on electricity bills with Fester in the house!

Sorry, Chief.

I wanted it to be a surprise. You're welcome.

Actually, we'd already established up front that I'd be wrapping at that time.

As a matter of fact…

I constantly call all of my interview subjects "Chief." I just edit it out of the final transcription as a favor to you, the reader.

But…but then you didn't get to read about how he passed on "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." And here I worked so hard to get that story out of him…

Sure, this is national. But the Dunham interview was for the Virginian-Pilot, the daily newspaper in Norfolk, VA.

Actually, when I interviewed him the first time, he was promoting the DVD release of "King of the Gypsies," his very first film. Dude was full of stories, the best of which was his tale of the first time he worked with Sterling Hayden.

Yeah, the first time I interviewed him, I asked him about always being "the Irish actor."

Sadler's got half a dozen projects in production at the moment. Surely he'll be willing to promote one of them. Others on my dream list: Eric Roberts, Elliott Gould, and Michael Madsen…all of whom I've interviewed before, but they'd be perfect for this feature.

AVC: So you didn’t know
that (Donovan's) fate was sealed when you first got the part, then?

Well, you know, you take the good with the bad: yesterday it was the Jeff Dunham piece, but on Saturday you'll see my brief interview with Patton Oswalt in the Pilot.
