Where'd you put the little stick you stuck in the toilet?
Where'd you put the little stick you stuck in the toilet?
Looks to me like she popped a few percs before she went onstage.
PRANKED!
You can't compare Parks to The Office at this point. The Office at its peak was better than Parks at its peak (season 2 - present). Once Parks gets to an 8th season (it won't), then it will be fair to compare the two.
See-attle was the only thing that really made me laugh tonight. Erin had a good line somewhere in there too.
The movie will inevitably suck. Leave the memories alone.
I thought this episode wasn't that bad at all. The Teen Choice Awards (minus the weird Wilform Brimley ending), Quagmire and Meg's texting, and the Peterdactyl bits were all great.
I get what you're saying. I'm trying to say that even based on SNL standards, most episodes haven't been that good. But that brings up the quesiton of whether to base the ratings off all previous SNL seasons, only the seasons with this cast (or the majority of this cast), or just this season. Either way, SNL hasn't…
AVClub always gives SNL a higher rating than it deserves. Every week. Without fail. Using the "there wasn't even one AWFUL sketch tonight!" defense doesn't mean the show was good. Besides the Fallon episode (and possibly Emma Stone), I can't think of one episode from this season that deserved higher than a C+.
I read this for the Scary Movie 2 section. If I ever see Mr. Cross on the street now, not only will I scream so loud that everyone can hear me, "That's the Scary Movie guy!" I will follow him and keep screaming it. Hopefully he punches me and I can get some money out of him.
This fascinates me more than Community. Too bad this isn't on NBC so it could be viewed as a success.
Bay's voice annoys the fuck out of me. Maybe it's her character as a whole. How could you make Daphne break up with Liam and then turn around and take Emmett? Bitch.
BE BRAVE!
Louie will be canceled after the third season so it can be on every "shows that ended too soon!"-esque AVClub list for eternity alongside Arrested Development and Community (when that show is also inevitably canceled after its next season.)
Yes, Merriweather Post Pavilion was such an important record. I can't count how many times people talked to me about it and how many times I heard it referenced in the media. Oh wait…
Dammit. I wanted all three to bomb! At least this is a good start…
Am I the only one who thought Chris Kattan was drunk? He almost fell over when taking a bow at the end of "I Wish it Was Christmas Today".
Soooo I heard there was talk of oatmeal.
I can't believe how angered seeing Garfield in the "Intermediate" category made me. It's certainly not as good as the Halloween special, but it's still funny and heartwarming nonetheless.
FROM THE DAY HE WAS BORN, HE YEARNED FOR ADVENTURE. OLD CAPTAIN JACK, GIVIN THEM WHAT FOR.
