YES. I wish that scene had been 20 mins of just those characters discussing what's happened and reacting to what they find out. And then Lapidus would say "Terrific." and I'd be happy.

I'm sure it'd piss people off to no end but I'd give them a lot of credit if they had the balls to end the series with Smokie leaving the island and turning out to have an off island form as the monster in Cloverfield. That would definitely sell me on the idea they had everything planned from the beginning.

Best Moment
I still think the best moment in this was Joseph Gordon-Levitt recapping why exactly he turned evil. He was like a child pouting cause his dad tripped over his Lego town.
