I hate that Britta has become the Meg of the show.

I don't think Sally is better acted than Meadow or AJ Soprano. There, I said it.

,

Wasn't Carrie also overweight in the novel? And covered in acne?

Wow, this looks stunningly bad. What a waste of two good actresses.

Aliens? You must be thinking of the Journey of Allen Strange

Did anyone else think that Joan staring off during her rape was supposed to resemble a shot from the scene in the pilot during which Peggy goes to see that sleazy gynecologist? He says all these shitty things to her, then dives right into his examination, and Peggy stares off in discomfort towards a calendar on the

Lots of critics rave about BSG. I like it. I'd say it's about equal to Buffy the Vampire Slayer in terms of quality. It has moments that are just as powerful and well-written as something from the Sopranos, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Deadwood or the Wire, but it doesn't even come close to the consistent quality of those

Best. Episode. Ever.

And Hoop Dreams!

That whole scene was the best Chang ever was. The song and chewing on Annie's skull.

When did Britta's character become so terrible? She was probably the best character in seasons 1 and 2, but the last two seasons have been one long slide for her character. She used to be vaguely intelligent and thoughtful.

This felt like an actual episode of Community! Although I'm more convinced than ever that the lower budget and crappier directing/editing is much to blame for this season's shortcomings.

I was so charmed when I recently went through the first three seasons! My interest kind of wavered after that, though, and I didn't continue into the college years. Are they worth a watch?

Great episode, great finale. And great song choice for the end: Portugal. The Man's So American

I think the editing is a major problem. The jokes and gags used to be far more numerous and fluid. Now all the scenes seem to be punctuated by too-long spaces for jokes to land and half the time these jokes are groan-inducingly lame. Also, it seems like the show is trying too hard to be weird. Community was always

Your mom threw out a doll at an 8 year old's request? Why didn't she just hide it somewhere?

There's no reason that someone who firmly believes in animal rights wouldn't compare the mass slaughter of one species to the mass slaughter of another- it's consistent. Morrissey just sucks because he acts so entitled and has no sense of humor.

This movie is one of the few that actually manages to creep me out

It's been a fantastic season so far. No comedy on right now can compete, really.
