Anyone else here already gagging for next week's episode like I am? Looks like shit between Sharon and Phi Phi is about to get REAL. I wonder what the 'lie' in contention is…oh the SUSPENSE of it all!

Next to the Gay Seniors episode, the Jock episode is one of my faves - if only for the adorable reaction Alexis Mateo's soccer player had when he saw himself in drag for the first time. He was really waxing poetic over his 'beauty' transformation.
Belive me, I'm no fan of Kenya's spastic performance either (and Latrice was commanding and radiant in her performance, no doubt!), but I feel I should give her the benefit of the doubt, what with her obvious language barrier. It may be that she just didn't clearly understand the nuances of the song as English is her…
For what it's worth, I'm always astonished by Chad and his transformations each episode. I feel guilty because it seems that Chad is not only a seasoned pro, but a very sweet and giving mentor to the other contestants - yet I find his over-surgeried appearance very off-putting. But when he's in drag, he's positively…
As one of the minority who was rooting for Tatiana, I agree. Was she young and unpolished? Sure. But the way Raven was constantly talking trash about her was extremely distasteful.
AGREED. Sharon has an effortlessness about her when she's onstage. With Phi Phi, there's always this nervous energy "Look at me! I'm FUNNY!" vibe when she plays a character that's really hard to watch.
It would certainly explain why Nina Flowers lost to Bebe Zahara Benet in Season One. Nina was not only edgy, fashion forward and a genius with makeup (flawless mug!), but she NEVER had to LSFYL - and she still lost to Bebe.
Seriously. Was anyone else reminded of Milan when Phi Phi was lip-synching? Girl stank up the runway with her desperation.
AUGH. Just another example of Phi Phi overreaching in a ham-fisted attempt to prove to the world she's got 'talent'. This ain't 'RuPaul's American Idol Race, bitch!
I completely agree that this episode has been the weakest - beating out the Glamazons v. Champions and Queens Behind Bars eps which were pretty bad as well. Nobody seemed to really shine in the main challenge (Sharon came close with her Crazy Cat Lady look), which supports the theory that Phi Phi only won by dint of…
I think that's the tragedy of Phi Phi - every once in a while, she'll show a glimmer of kindness (sympathizing with Jiggly over being bullied, giving up her call to Chad) and I'll think this is the moment when Phi Phi's heart grows three sizes; but then she goes back to being sullen and bitchy with nothing to back it…
What drives me batty is that these individuals (Kirk, Rush, a myriad of internet mouth-breathers) proclaim they 'have the right' to spout their beliefs, as if dissent is the same as censorship. Anyone is free to say what they think - but that doesn't free them from the consequences of saying it.
Jujubee's part of my all-star faves - along with Nina Flowers (she was robbed!), Ongina, Pandora Boxx, Raja and Manilla. She's responsible for my favorite read to date: "Did your barbecue get cancelled? 'Cos your grill is FUCKED."
Barbie Girl by Aqua seems like a perfectly campy match.
