Good luck getting through.  Most of their staffs are furloughed due to shutdown.

My wife will go for anything with Leo DiCaprio, usually, and learning Jennifer Lawrence was in X-Men First Class had her asking me about it.  Her Tolkien love might extend to Ian McKeller as Magneto.

For my wife, its Arnold Swartzenegger.  She's proud she's never seen any of his movies from start to finish.

A vault?  Like, the Vault?  Where Marvel supervillains are typically locked up?

What about the gold standard?

If we're talkin' sports, I grew up in New Jersey near Philadelphia, so the answer would be New York.

I'm also one of those 800,000.  My wife was upset by all this and wanted to write our representatives.  But, their staffs are mostly out too, so no one is there to answer the phone or any correspondence until this is all over.

I do too.  My wife only just started a part-time retail job, and we basically live off what I make.  There's just no good reason to do this to hard-working people.  And what do I do?  I'm an English teacher at the West Point Prep School.  I make sure potential cadets can read and write at a college-level or better.

I just learned I am very probably getting furloughed starting Thursday.

From one Guy to another, I personally prefer the Big Red No.

Hugh Jackman against robots?  Someone saw the promo work for the next X-Men.

"And here with his perspective is Long Dead Guy."

Under penalty of torture…

Pete got fired on season one of Mad Men and had his job saved based on whose birth canal he slid out of…probably about a week before given how old he looks.

Why do you think Kirk was always way far off on a five year exploration mission?  If he doesn't have a superior officer nearby, he can't be courtmartialed.

Cornfed Pig?

He also took a lot of guff being transferred out as commander of Easy Company, but really, he shouldn't have tried to courtmartial Sgt. Brody until after he got turned into a terrorist.

I find them all played  by terrible actors too.  They never seem to believe what they say.

In a real world situation, someone like Tim may have gotten his start in a general TV personality sort of way before his onscreen charisma and talent (bear with me on this) would eventually have gotten him into the sort of show he really wanted to do (AKA Rush Limbaugh's career).  Someone like Al would perhaps be more

If he's that old, he may not have time to type out full words in his text messages.
