Doesn't that make Quark the Ferengi equivalent of those guys who draw dicks on everything?

Yeah, I kinda teared up just when you said "within a decade."
I definitely cried a bit for Pete Seeger — not as much as your girlfriend, and he was 94, but yeah, that one hurt anyway.
Agreed about "Chrysalis." Bashir has his issues but watching him jump into insta-romantic mode with a (former) patient who has never experienced normal socialization and who keeps telling him she owes him so much that she can't repay just zips way the hell over the squick line for me, even if he is really lonely…
That would have been pretty cool, actually (I still think it makes sense to have a therapist on board, but tv in general, as has often been pointed out here, never really knows how to write them realistically…)
Well, in "Hard Time" it was pretty much stated outright that O'Brien was doing light duty and intensive therapy, or at least he was supposed to be — he was pretty noncompliant about it. But then the episode did take place over a longer-than-usual period of time for an episode, iirc, and then it never came up again, so…
Odo's umpiring is one of the highlights of the episode. I also love Sisko's line to him: "What were you doing, regenerating?"
That's the one!
And you got your choice of toppings!
I read a fanfic once in which through a series of complicated contrivances I no longer remember, the Dax symbiont accidentally got implanted into Weyoun. Hilarity ensued (no, really, it did, it was a great fic).
She actually describes her pre-joining self that way in an episode! I think it's the one where she's overseeing an initiate herself, the name of which I can't remember.
We're twins!
I've always sort of wanted to see a realistic therapist in the Trek universe. I mean, it completely makes sense that starships (and space stations) would have them, but realistically a ship's counselor would probably not spend time on the bridge being a human lie detector.
Not if we're talking about characters, no — same goes for Odo.
Nah, I wasted too much time on Psi Phi in college to be a Jedi master.
I hear they do Brecht pretty well, though!
What about the O'Briens?
Psi Phi…now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time…
What if you just got hit with a football?
"Death stalks you at every turn!"
"Chief!"
"Well, it does. Aaaaaahhhhh! There it is! Deeeeeaaaaaaaaaaath!"
"That's only Odo!"
