Agreed about "Chrysalis." Well, in "Hard Time" it was pretty much stated outright that O'Brien was doing light duty and intensive therapy, or at least he was supposed to be — he was pretty noncompliant about it. But then the episode did take place over a longer-than-usual period of time for an episode, iirc, and then it never came up again, so…

Odo's umpiring is one of the highlights of the episode. I also love Sisko's line to him: "What were you doing, regenerating?"

I've always sort of wanted to see a realistic therapist in the Trek universe. I mean, it completely makes sense that starships (and space stations) would have them, but realistically a ship's counselor would probably not spend time on the bridge being a human lie detector.
