I wouldn't mind if they dropped the CBB reviews either. I love TV Club but this is one of the few shows where I feel I gain nothing out of reading a review about it afterward.

Seriously, it wasn't that bad at all. Then again, I always watch CB!B! with a big goofy smile on my face. The show is so ridiculous and fun that, no matter how cheesy it gets, it still greatly amuses me. So, perhaps I'm biased. I guess some people are above laughing at a marriage between Andrew Lloyd Webber and a

Plus "Stay" and "Some Days Are Better Than Others." I was 6 or 7 when Zooropa came out so I first associated U2 with Acthung Baby and that album. My mom was a huge huge fan and had all their albums up to that point so I quickly was able to educate myself on them. By the time Pop came out, I too was kinda turned off. I

Conversely, I know a hell of a lot more clues this week than I did the last two weeks. So, while I miss the Decades Tournament, I at least feel better about myself.

I'd agree with your last point if Louie's victories weren't always so short-lived. He'll probably regret rejecting Pamela once that the Hungarian is out of his life.

They should both have at least gotten Silence of the Lambs. Brad at least picked a James L. Brooks movie, but it was the wrong one.

For a Mormon, Ken Jennings played a really convincing Evil Conscience

Roger really impressed me with the way he hung in there. I am pulling for a comeback now. Overall, Brad and Ken didn't look as sharp as they usually are. That may change on Day 2, but it's crazy to think how things would've been if Roger got that clue right.

Hey… I liked the "GET OFF THE SHED" sketch Will Ferrell did in the early years. Spartan Cheerleaders on the other hand… those sketches went on way too long.

down the hall and to the left

I like to check up on it every once in awhile to see how it's doing. Like an old friend from high school.

I actually get a kick out of seeing Mad About You in their lineup though I've only watched a handful of reruns on FXX. Showing Mad About You reruns would make more sense if they also aired like Suddenly Susan, Caroline in the City, and Wings. Have a "Must-See TV forgotten sitcoms" throwback night and I would watch the

Doesn't Tina Fey have a show that she produced airing this fall? The one with Ellie Kemper?

It's been way too long since we've had a terrible SNL movie. It's about time we get an awful Drunk Uncle movie. Directed by Dennis Dugan perhaps.

what do you guys think about the new guy? i think he's doing fine but i hate his hairdo. looking at his hair annoys me for some reason.

Does anyone have a chance against Brad or Ken? I mean, really… we all know this is boiling down to a Ken/Brad rematch. They should just have them go mano e mano for one week straight.

Holy crap, that's some hardcore tv pedantry right there.

I was shocked the reviewer didn't mention it. That was the funniest thing I've seen all year. I watched it twice before I watched the rest of the episode. I had tears in my eyes, goddammit. I almost peed.

It didn't become a bad period until Dana Carvey left at the end of '92. Things went sour quickly after that.

Loved the moment where Lester calls Lorne at the hotel, nervously explains his situation, then finds out he's just talking to the front desk. An old gag, sure, but I definitely didn't expect it at that moment!
