You all DO know, don't you, Dennis Farina's character is a con man and not really dead. Duh.

Uncanny, since 5 people in the United States of America have actually seen this show.

It's a splendid movie, and Pacino and Mirren are both exceptionally good in it.

I can think of a dozen films the director fouled up. "Quiz Show" is not one of them.

Old-dude stuff, I know, but: Eastwood fixes his own broken arm, "Thunderbolt & Lightfoot." Holden amputates Ryan O'Neal's leg, "Wild Rovers."

Proving yet again that Lifetime Channel doesn't get all movies like these.

Phil Dyess-Nugent delivers the most entertaining paragraph I have found on the AVClub in 2013,

Musburger's watching this show with one hand, and I don't mean on the remote.

And here's how senses of humor continue to differ: The only one NOT funny was Moynihan.

Run, Toto. It's the Bad Witch Manohla Dargis!!!

Someone actually watches "Psych?" Really?

The best part of the movie by far is when Rocky Graziano returns from the dead and kills all of them.

You're 3 years old and she lets you read the AV Club?

Richard Diamond's leggy secretary (MTM), Carlton the doorman and Mrs. Columbo (before such a show actually existed) were early contenders. Tim the Tool Guy's neighbor made a bid. I'm gonna have to go with a Maris-Vera co-championship.

A dick hosting a TV show featuring D-minus-list celebrities. NBC's idea of TV.

He was an anchorman in that "Morning Glory" crap movie.

D-minus.

The American version was far superior to the British version, the preceding commenter being completely daft.

Just finished watching it (in the U.S.) and found it an exceptionally good crime film. Ray Winstone, good in everything, damn good in this.

Eva Marie Saint, a great actress then, still a great actress today.
