Have you never watched a Takeover before? Tye Dillinger has been wearing that for his Takeover matches for a while.

I remember walking out of that movie and thinking "assholes are going to misinterpret this into being the new Scarface." I still love it, though.

I think the thing that most annoyed me about it the most is that every criticism people made of Life Aquatic (which I love) rang true with Budapest. I don't understand how Life Aquatic is considered his worst when people suddenly think Budapest is (or is close to) his best.

To me, the film just has no heart. I didn't care what happened to anyone, and it was almost as if the framing of it discouraged me from caring about anyone. Maybe this was a grand cinematic gesture, but it makes for a very flat viewing experience.

Under The Skin is only a good movie if you know about the making of it, and to me that makes it a bad movie.

I am 100% onboard with the person who singled out Grand Budapest. I've come down a little from my initial hatred of that film, but to me it will always remain the movie where I stopped being able to defend Wes Anderson against the stereotype of Wes Anderson.

This would be an incredibly sick burn had the episode not been in Podmass last week.

The whole part about Bourdain and Carbone and Torrisi celebrating old-school Italian food is pretty absurdly offbase. It's not like he's Guy Fieri. Torrisi is a Michelin-starred restaurant.
