I mostly mention it because I recently saw a similar reference to "Amy Winehouse's 'Valerie'."

I Know You Got a Crocodile in Spelling, But This Has Gone Too Far, Internet

Mark Ronson with Bruno Mars! Ronson gets too overlooked for producing this great stuff (although "Uptown Funk" aside, I found the new album pretty boring compared to Version).

They didn't even finish the damn song! Half-assed Job, Internet!

Mark's parting gift to Leslie was plans for the park to be built where the pit used to be. This was also completely erased in favor of a season-five plot where Leslie and Ben have to win over some Eagleton troll.

I did think it was odd he missed three straight episodes without comment from anybody.

Geez, I thought they were still Xe. Hey, wouldn't it be great if people had the same rights as corporations, where you could just change your name and not be held accountable for anything you did under your previous name?

I can understand not wanting him back if he had bad blood with the cast and crew, but the writers seem to have scrubbed any trace he ever existed from the show. Even in places where it makes sense to reference him.

Seems like Diane would have accompanied Ron to Donna's wedding, at least.

But not his mustache.

No one said anything about "Casino Night" (or "The Job," or "The Injury," or… oh, take your pick of many, many others).

I kept watching him in the background of the next several shots rather than whatever else was going on.

Unlike Jon Lovitz's.

Yep, having the same problem. Also having the problem where if you leave an article open for about an hour or so comments post under your Disqus account instead of your AVC account. (Or if you're not logged into Disqus, they don't post at all.)

Sonia went off on Twitter last night about how this article apparently glosses over the racial issues in the Oscars. Good times!

Steely Dan beat Eminem, Radiohead, and Beck. I don't think I'll ever see the Grammys nominate such a strong field and then fuck it up to that degree again. (I mean, they always fuck it up, but they rarely put together such a strong class of nominations.)

Seeing Michaela Watkins just makes me wish Benched hadn't been canceled.

Speaking of Mark, odds he appears in the finale? I'm guessing "no chance in hell," as the writers seem to not want to acknowledge he ever existed. (Even 30 Rock had a Josh callback!)

I missed that on first read-through. Excellent.

"I really hate using this expression, but original thought is not my bag, so here ya go."
