DC have been doing it recently, Detective has Question, Action has Captain Atom, Booster Gold did have Blue Beetle, Doom Patrol did have Metal Men, and all the Red Circle books have them. When Doc Savage launches it will have one too.

The Sweet Forever
Has anyone else read George Pelecanos' novel The Sweet Forever? Len Bias is a major presence in his book, it's set in DC during the 80s, just before the draft pick, and all the characters are discussing their hometown boy.
