I think she looks like Mags from "Justified."

Not murder, but there is obviously the potential for violence. We know his father was abusive, and we've seen him shove Betty; when he tells Megan "you don't have to worry about me" after he wakes up from the murder dream, I think he's terrified of what he may be capable of.

Speck's lone surviving victim also hid under the bed. Elsewhere in woman-as-victim in this episode:

I also enjoyed Peggy's complete lack of respect for Roger, who can't even credibly threaten to fire her anymore. I thought Roger's literally sneaking around behind Pete's back came off as a little slapstick for this show, but that entire sequence – including the great scene in Peggy's office – drives home (again) just

I'm really beginning to enjoy the running jokes about the Francis house as the kind of place neighborhood kids tell scary stories about:

Joyce called it the "Speck massa-cree" in the first scene, although (maybe because I'm totally unfamiliar with the story) to me it sounded like she said "sex" or "Sachs." I had to google it to get "Speck."

Between Harry and Peggy, Roger's already down $1,500 cash this season. (Adjusted for inflation, that's the equivalent of about $10,000 in 2012 terms.) He may want to consider lightening the cargo a bit.

Also, more drunk, over-sharing Peggy, plz.

Moar POV shots from Joan's oven, plz.

So, anyone still worried about Megan turning out to be a predator under the pretty facade? As knife-wielding, pill-popping Ma Francis would put it, that poor girl has no idea what's in store for her.

I was really hoping when Don initially "woke up" after collapsing in bed, it would be someone telling him "It's March 2012. You were asleep for almost 46 years."

Wrong hillsides, Dr. Rape.

Incredibly, she has an anthropology degree from Bryn Mawr.

SCDP has the account for baked beans, not ketchup… but whatever, the Tradewinds will do it!

I'd be just as worried about any girl walking backstage toward the Stones when they were in their mid-sixties.

I'm sure it's been made elsewhere, but this is a very good observation.

To be fair, the writers haven't exactly given Linden an opportunity to do much else.

The Bryn Mawr thing may be the most glaring anachronism of the series, even more so than the actual anachronisms.

That's true from Betty's perspective, but Megan led Don to believe last season she was much younger. I definitely took her for 20-22, which I think was referenced specifically at some point (though I can't say for certain where off the top of my head).
