I'm just glad the AV Club had an article on this so I could read a comment section populated by adults with a sense of humanity. For some reason I got pulled into the stupid game of reading comments on this story, and the results around the internet (lots of people liked her) did not indicate positive things about our

Yeah. She's mad that they're not doing enough to increase the sorority's sexual brand, both sober and drunk

Eh. I've heard this line a lot. Nothing that desirable about that life. Why worry that it's attainable for some people who make that a priority?

@avclub-9ff7c9eb9d37f434db778f59178012da:disqus Yeah, it's just a matter of what they do with those things.
I would say they're both sociopaths, but Roose has more personal ambition and discipline, while Ramsay just wants to play.

The Daenerys scene was a very impressive spectacle, but the real heroine of the episode was Olenna Redwyne. In a world of out-of-control schemers and blinding arrogance, she repeatedly and forcefully establishes her sanity. A lot of the other major players are too deeply entrenched in the world of bullshit to have a

Having genuine empathy gives the Tyrells an advantage that is hard for the Lannisters to match.

Roose fucks with people because he doesn't give a fuck, but Ramsay fucks with people for the fuck of it.

Yeah. Just don't do it.

Only follow reliable sources, and resist the urge to weigh in on everything as soon as possible.

Dagmar…(without a doubt the ugliest sonofabitch I've ever seen in my life) was his nay-ay-ay-aaaame

Agreed. It became really clear in the Cersei chapters when she was getting badly outplayed.

The question is, what character would Clive Warren play?

Others have said it, I've said it other times, but I'll say it again: Edd is my favorite character in the book. Such a higher percentage of great lines.

Tyrion's his real blind spot. Jaime doesn't have the mind or inclination to rule, and Cersei is too petty and shortsighted, but Tyrion's the one with the real intelligence to match Tywin, and he doesn't see it because he hates him for the circumstances of his birth and for his form.

Being cynical and distrustful isn't necessarily a sign of intelligence. It's like a teenager who first gets disillusioned and calls everyone else "naive", but doesn't see the simplicity to his own approach.

He could try playing two roles as good cop / bad cop.

Being a dom seems like a lot of work. But being a sub seems like a lot of hassle.
