Jodorowsky actually tried to sue Besson for ripping of a lot of elements from The Incal but that didn't go anywhere since Moebius was a production artist on the Movie.
There's a bunch of Moebius stuff in the Fifth Element artbook, I think the opera singer and the floating boats are all his designs.

These pages seem like of a crossover between Moebius & Druillet.
