What about the bit that shows Kyle Chandler's FBI guy sitting gloomily alone on the subway, just like Jordan mocked him for? Are we really meant to want to be him? I really got the feeling that if the movie achieves anything, it's making Belfort look awesome. That's a pretty big if though.

There's a whole thing with her getting out, then it cuts back to her still in the cave, unable to get out, hallucinating as her light slowly flickers out and the sounds of the creatures get closer and closer.

Have you read the books? They were some of my favourite things ever, and Wright one of my favourite directors, but I too couldn't really accept Michael Cera as the lead. I actually thoughts Johnny Simmons, who played Young Neil, would have been a far better choice for Scott. He was RIGHT there! Kieran Culkin was

There already was one in the 90s, and it was fucking terrifying

Interesting. I'm inclined to agree. It is fucked that the relationship immediately starts to deteriorate once Samantha develops a life outside of it, makes friends of her own, etc. I do think ending with the suggestion that Theodore is going to get with Amy Adams' character shows that Spike knows Theodore needs to be

I think the ending with you-know-who showing up is awesome. It's simultaneously joyful, knowing this is the beginning of an amazing period in music history, and soul-crushing since we know what it means for Llewyn.

Can you elaborate on the problems with Her? I liked it well enough but there was something that troubled me about it that I can't really put my finger on. What about it was misogynistic to you?

That was so good. Also liked how the thing with the Most Wanted list guy paid off subtly (the "Mountain Man" was on the Most Wanted list in the police station when Mike was being questioned about the notebook, and later in the bathroom of the diner where Saul met the Kettlemans. Some people have no doubt already

I don't see how this film is comparable with Guardians when Guardians was like the tenth film in the MCU series. The DC movie series is attempting to introduce as many characters in three films as it took Marvel roughly ten movies to do. Also, I think if a movie flops, it flops, and no amount of investment in the

This character never really did it for me, but this guy was fucking terrifying in Oz. If they just have him do his thing again here but with sharp teeth and scales, it'll probably work.

I thought giving him the voice and personality of a pirate in The Brave and the Bold was pretty inspired.

Was listening to Ceremony by New Order when I read this headline, and got excited. Here I am a minute-forty-seven later and I still feel that the wrong Ceremony was used

No it doesn't

Scooter was never cool!

His imitation of an archetypal retired British rock star discussing his past fame never gets fucking old. You're so damn missed, Harris.

Very, very well said. I feel the same. It was already a fine song, but it's so cathartic on the album… hearing Kendrick get announced and having that infectiously funky guitar start up after the creepy despair of the darker songs feels so damn good.

Hey, I love Radiohead, wish he would sample them, but he didn't in this case. Complexion reminds me a bit of In Limbo.

No he didn't bro

Just play the songs together. The piano is clearly different, but it is a very similar song, its harmonies and shit.

This is the kind of album Rap Genius was made for. I like how every line and detail is significant to the point that you might feel you're being beaten over the head with the messages. It's so much better to have everything be meaningful than to have it all be meaningless like certain rappers' music.
