So did they not call it Jello because of Cosby?
So did they not call it Jello because of Cosby?
Thanks!
I enjoy their cover of Cortez the Killer (the greatest Neil Young song) but I have heard nothing else. Any suggestions of where to start?
This is, chronologically, maybe the first episode of the Simpsons that I don't really like. Bart is just such a jerk. Lisa's situation is so nightmarish and dreadful and unfair. Just doesn't give me that warm Simpsons feeling really.
If he's meant to be an agoraphobe who never leaves his apartment, they could pretty easily work in Geoff as a sidekick - he could be the companion Craig built and banters with. Whether he actually works or Craig is just crazy could be a plot thread. Boom. You're welcome, writers
Aww man. The cosmic ballet goes on… he was SUCH a cool dude. What a loss.
It was really well marketed and the word of mouth hype was crazy. One time I was almost convinced to pay to see it.
It's shockingly coincidental, isn't it? It's been a while (s'been a while!) since Harris was on, and only a few days after he comes back, he dies. It really was such a joy to see it up there. Scott handled it perfectly.
Can't believe he first got high at 12 and was getting blowjobs in 8th grade. Fucking Wittels.
He was truly great. Over the weekedn I listened to his really personal and honest You Made It Weird episode from November last year. He talks all about his addiction and relapses and stays in rehab. He also talks about life and death in general and at times it almost seems like Harris is reassuring us from beyond the…
It was very distracting at one point, but what are you gonna do…
Jean-Ralphio being launched across the room was fucking hilarious. "Ah.. fuff." I also loved the bizarre sound he made when he unfurled that chain of condoms. I do love Ben Schwartz.
Well if it isn't my nemesis Bart Simpson. And his sister Lisa, to whom I'm fairly indifferent.
In his Reddit AMA, Scott teased that either Victor and Tiny or Marissa Wompler would be making an appearance on the TV show. I doubt they'll have St. Clair on again this season, so… I guess that means Brendon Small will somehow be made up to appear as both an aging black man and a young Cuban singer? To be honest…
Get back in your room, Huell!
Positively Lynchian!
I love that you called him Taco!
I really wish they would make this a little clearer (it's SUCH an obscure thing) because so many people are wrongly assuming Chuck is meant to have schizophrenia or OCD.
I dunno, rewatching Breaking Bad recently I thought the first episode was basically perfect. It's one of my favourites of the series. Yeah they had pulpy stuff like the bathtub goop in early eps (literal pulp there) but plenty of the deep metaphorical shit too. It was always Breaking Bad, I think, not like Parks & Rec…
He did. They have the same last name, they never once refer to each other as father or son, and they bicker but care for each other in a brotherly way. They're brothers.
