This is neither here not there but the ballerina who wasn't Matisse at the beginning looked so much like Alyssa Milano circa who's the boss that I googled if they weer related.  They're not.

If they had put as much advertising behind this superior show as they did for The Mindy Project I wonder if this would have happened.   So sad.

Canceled.  What a shitty way to start a Thursday.  I can't believe they're sticking by Mindy instead

you're right, it may just be how she talks.  it's just unfortunate that since the character is a caricature it makes it seem like she's overacting the stereotype. It's not the accent that bothers me but the shrillness — but somehow that's just how people's voices are i guess.

Gloria has been in the states for years but her accent is 1000x more shrill and annoying than her sister's.  I cringe whenever she opens her mouth — can she learn a lesson from the sister and maybe not be SUCH a caricature?

What about Regina Phalange?

Smulders and Harris sell the hell out of their relationship. If he wasn't 100% gay and she wasn't recently married the rumor mills would be swirling.

I'm Through with Love in Some Like it Hot.  Classic

"Giant Bee, hold my calls" may actually be one of the funniest lines I've ever heard on TV.  I don't know why it amused me so much but I spit soda everywhere.

I was so shocked (not offended, just shocked) by that that I actually went to twitter to watch the impending explosion.  NOTHING.

yeah that;s where I thought that nurse coming over was going.

I think it's a pretend wedding more than marrying her father.  he just happens to be a convenient participant.

If I were these kids (hell, if I was the mother) I would be pretty disturbed by how desperately, embarrassingly in love my father/husband was with a woman who's still in his life and someone who is not his ostensible soul mate.  Seriously Ted, tone it the hell down.

I love the Sasha-Michelle dynamic but can't help but be a little weirded out by how she keeps inviting her to stay at her place.  Not in like a sexual way just in a that's-a-line-adult-friends-and-educators-shouldnt-cross kind of way.  I'm overthinking.

When Barney walks into the bar and gives Robin a kiss on the cheek, the look of love she shoots him made me want to just throw every acting award ever at Cobie.

This with the Lying Game is my preferred "lie and tell people Im reading a book" double feature of the week.

It must really suck to be the mother coming in as a new person to this group of friends.  They all gel so well together that I feel like I would cut bait and run, it is so intimidating trying to wedge into a close knit group.  Yeah, it's a TV show but still.  Maybe I'm projecting.

That she managed to reach even though both hands were tied to the bed.  She must have  monkey feet
