She brought him back from an already mostly back state though, not from the dead. The bunch of different body parts is another good point though - I imagine it would be a difficult adjustment.

Kyle was brought back by 2 teen witches with a spell book. The
others were brought back by a powerful witch with powers of
resurrection. I imagine they would have different results?
This episode was awesome and that throw away Zach line was really brilliant.
awesome. That convenience was really starting to annoy me.
Is there no way to see on the main page whether you have replies? It seems like I need to open an article and scroll down to the "my disqus" in the comments - I don't see a notification bar on the top.
as far as I know, you aren't allowed to use a recognizable name that would suggest a possible allegiance between two companies but would be curious to hear if someone who knows about this stuff could weigh in.
it is now but I was having the same problem! I was wondering if they had stopped covering the show. Count me as someone with a fear of internet change and a mistrust of the new layout.
I loved the serious "we're at war" face Robyn put on when she was channeling Kalinda.
I really hope we don't look back on this as the episode where Scandal jumped the shark. I so desperately hoped they wouldn't go in the 'her mom is alive" direction.
I am having Team Mellie shirts made up, if anyone wants in.
It's not exactly a late night dance with a glass of scotch, but I'll take a happy celebratory high five for now, Diane and Will.
sorry, are you from America? You realize some states still have laws against sodomy on the books, there are still rampant hate crimes against gay individuals, and gay rights are just now getting traction?
that's the government. I don't know if you've ever been there but you cannot judge an entire people based on a cultural norm dictated by the people in power.
I lived there for a year in a mud hut and the people are remarkable as is the culture and the countryside. Don't apply western standards to a developing country
That's fair. Not stupid. Backwards I guess is a better term. implying that they're speechless in the face of modernity and bright lights big city.
I'm pretty sure that's what happened. And I think this proved that they are an "all or nothing" crowd. I am all for having the more diverse members of the cast take center stage, but it's sad when you know the motivation behind it probably means that next week it'll go back to the same old same old. I guess one…
what odduck said. They slapped the name of a random African country on her and she put on a generic African accent with the joke based on their little understanding of English and stupidity I guess? I don't even know what they were going for other than haha Africans are weird. Uganda is incredible (I've lived…
Wow they really didn't want us to forget she was a black woman! I thought the opening sketch about her playing only Black characters was going to be a meta joke. I didn't realize they were literally warning us.
It's funny I feel like a total sap because I totally read that scene as heart breaking - I think Mellie really loves Fitz. But after speaking to every other person in America I feel like a complete idiot.
That scene between Mellie and Olivia was outstanding. Mellie is without a doubt the best part of the show at this point.
What got me the most was that she went bak home and put on her Fitz campaign t shirt. Like a love sick teenager putting on the concert t shirt from their first date with the awful boy who is no good for her. And to be wearing it when she finds out. Ooph.
