This episode was great, especially how much Emily loves Nolan.  But are her cheekbones getting even MORE dramatic as this show goes on?  I swear there was one scene where I felt like they were popping out of the TV screen

Was the husband's sister the woman from Doc Hollywood?  IMDB is failing me and they looked so much alike.

I think back in the day there was an episode about why she left Nebraska and it was basically that — she was pretty and wanted out.

I don't remember Penny being so miserable all the time in the other seasons.  She got so dark. It's not a bad thing, just a big change.

I actually think it was just to show she likes him enough to try converting, but she's an idiot so she's going way overboard?  Some of reading from the torah is monotone like that though so she's shockingly spot on to some degree.  Although a little JAPpier than your average 80 year old rabbi.

Well tonight's episode was solid!

Ah.  That got cut off on my recording.  A+ Hershel on stating the obvious.  D- Walking Dead survivors on not thinking of this before you settled in a men's prison.

The giant sized trap also had bar spacing so big that anyone but a Hurley sized human could fit through them.  Then again…fairytale land, so I leave it be.

I wonder about that too, especially when she has to look in love with him.  It's like when Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murrary had to have make out scenes on One Tree Hill* after they got divorced in real life.
