I am so excited for this season to make all the nightmares I will inevitably have TOTALLY WORTH IT

…poor Dmitri.

I just keep thinking that this episode would have been one of the all-time greats if we had sharply left-turned into Troy and Abed being heartbreaking (which I found to be really affecting) after 20 minutes of something actually funny.

Very cool - I didn't notice her before this ep.  Easily one of the best things about this show is how much work it's giving to theater people.

The fact that it's the name of the Standards guy - whose job it would be to prevent that name from ever airing on network TV at 8pm - makes it even better.

I choose to believe this was just the universe's way of molding us into some kind of supergroup.

"Hit Me With Your Genie's Bottle at the Ball Game"

*cannot drink due to wisdom teeth removal, declares jell-o and pain meds to be in honor of Stephen*

Maybe Shirley's boring friend Gary has finally transferred to Hell…

Pretty sure that was the "dinner gong" he mentioned having to go ring in some previous episode.

The fake ad for Ancestry.com where everyone's talking about the famous ancestors they discovered through the site…and all the black people in the ad discover they're descended from Thomas Jefferson.

If nothing else, I predict 'Luther the Anger Translator' will be the TV Club's next gimmick poster…

The medical marijuana and Ancestry sketches had me laughing out loud, as did the first Lil Wayne.  Everything else was mostly okay, but that still exceeded my basement-low expectations based on the terrible promos.  I'll DVR it next week.

Yes.  Especially loved seeing everyone's phone solicitation techniques ("and also I'M CALLING FROM INSIDE YOUR HOUSE")
