If you all promise not to make fun of me when I write some long post about something that happened in a Season 5 episode and you all are like duh, that happened because X happened in Season 4!

I thought you were talking about a Season 4 episode for the first 9 words of that post.
I still have to fax things frequently. Then again, I'm also in the only industry that still uses pagers….
Oh yay! I forgot it got a short holiday run—just the way that show should be.
I didn't even know it was on—thanks for the heads-up!
Ooh…you should try Marination Station
Yep. The super top-secret prize for not watching Season 4 is getting to see all of Season 5 months in advance.
You know, I feel like Community Todd is really getting a lot of action from the fact that we all feel weird about assigning AV Club Todd to that category.
One of my husband's favorite episodes of Community is apparently BLU. I learned this because he took an extra minute on the phone today to talk about how he was excited to catch it in reruns. I was so proud. [I mean, there are better episodes, but I've never known him to watch Community without my instigation]
@avclub-7fd1d5cec910c61b1864a51eb7e18cbc:disqus Oooh yes! Such a good one!
Agreed. Beginner Pottery was on in syndication the other day and I didn't even know until I heard it how much I needed to hear that speech that day (nothing big, just a day of stupid frustration). Pierce's best moment. Plus, y'know, birthday-appropriate!
Jeffrey, when I was born I got my umbilical cord wrapped around my neck, both arms and one of my ankles. Mom said there came a point when the doctors stopped delivering me and just started laughing. I mean, if I ever let being bad at something stop me, I wouldn't even be here. That thing some men call 'failure', I…
Eww….I don't know what that one is. I was getting the horrible "Future Diarrhea" one for The Heart, She Holler prior to this. The snake ladies are preferable to that one, too.
I am—I'm pretty done looking at the ladies regurgitating the snake. It's not even one you can ignore if you scroll down far enough like the gross naked guy last winter.
I edited this, probably after you read it, to reflect that that was my original interpretation at the time of watching it, but I never felt like I got my resolution. What episode did you feel like it came in?
I'm not even well-versed in the Whedonverse, but this is pretty endearing. Patton Oswalt on his Whedonverse Crushes.
Nice parallel with the Jeff situation, which I hadn't really considered before, I think due to my overall disappointment in this episode. I'm a pretty big defender of season 3—probably in part because of all the drama surrounding the show at the time, in part because I think it gets a bit over-judged because we are…
I'm not sure how much it will end up counting for anything in the eyes of the networks and advertisers, but it's nice to feel like I could have my watching counted.
You know, we've had a Leonard avatar and now, thanks to @avclub-19cbb3bbbd8c9f03cc65ead7b1c2629e:disqus we have a Starburns…..it's high time we had a Tiny Nipples avatar around here!
