I think Hulu wants to support Community and Parks and Rec. (Weird declaration I'm sure). BUT I put it on just to have it running in the background, and it is literally cycling over and over from the latest Community episode to the latest Parks and Rec. Over and over. Without stop. I'm not going to close the window all

Yeah but I think there's a good reason, and that it's ok the ratings went down a little. This was production code 304, meaning they shuffled it with 303 which is coming next week (hence the press photo from next weeks episode). They knew this episode was weak, next week's is better, and that they switched so people

This is awesome. For all of The Magicians' flaws, it was a really great read. I am very excited.

I'm Boney I'm Boney LEAVE ME ALONE-Y!

Because he's so smokey?

Have you been on other threads? We already have a bad rap for being crazy and/or douchey about our love for this show.

I've already gotten two of my roommates hooked last year just by watching it in front of them live every week. They knew Thursday night was not a night for them to play video games, etc. Osmosis slowly turned them into fans. It might be my finest achievement in life.*

Although I agree that the will they won't they of Jeff and Annie is getting annoying, I thought the way Annie looked and said "Can't we?" (or whatever) was genuinely touching. But then the sudden "it's too creepy" definitely ruins the moment, and what's worse, isn't that funny (because it's not a surprising joke).

Maybe they were going to let it quietly die, but since then, Swardson has had some biggish roles: 30 Minutes or Less, a show on Comedy Central…maybe the execs thought he gained just enough goodwill and/or "buzz" to at least make their money back.

There's no grade! I don't know what I'm supposed to think about this episode yet!!

It's not supplanting Doctor Who. According to Dan Harmon and his twitter account, they both exist. One is just a knock off of the other.

Deuces Wild

That was a pretty good episode of TAL. Although I see more of a direct (albeit more comedic) parallel with Chang, though we have to watch him rise from the bottom first.

Best burn on Sarah Lawrence ever.

If you check out the Wired article Todd links to it talks about how that scene is the direct inspiration

Taylor Means-Well

Cool cool cool. As an alum, even one who doesn't care all that much about a capella, it immediately tripped an alarm. It's pretty cool that they're on TV I guess though.

It's not Rochester University, it's the University of Rochester… not that it matters since this show will never be covered again.
