I just saw it last night, and I was put off by how pro-military and America-Fuck-Yeah it was.  I mean, his flying suits were meant to be drones, right?  Overall, it was ok; better than the second one at least.

Into the phone
"How about in dog years?"

Not.  Even.  Close.  Bud.

The only thing I like á la mode is salvation.  It goes great with a cup of tea.

Wal-mart!

I liked him a lot in The Social Network.  He was as good as Jesse Eisenberg and Timberlake, but no one ever talks about Garfield's performance.

@avclub-63706c2231765ca840e9a60a76fae00a:disqus Yeah, I agree.  I wasn't trying to stop people from listening to who they want, it was more like an observation that most people seem to really enjoy their intro into the band, and their other stuff just finds itself on a downward trajectory.

I dont know, man, I can't really get sick of radio-Credence.

"Illmatic" has only one guest appearance, but it's maybe my favorite rap verse of all time.  AZ kills it.

Please don't use the word "hot" to describe how something sounds.  Unless the song features the sound of a burning fire, that is.

Bitch non-union equivalent that's that shit I don't like!

My intro to them was "Transference" which I liked a lot at the time, then I got "Gagagaga" (or whatever) and thought it was just sort of meh, then everything I've heard since sounds more and more like the soundtrack to a Paul Rudd movie.
I think people should just get one of their albums and leave it at that.

Spoon: the good-est band of all time.

@avclub-1d9611114f69a2af507810370562ccd6:disqus I agree completely, but I still think @avclub-734ffb84cfa214922893511fae356b45:disqus's accusation is a huge stretch and really a fucking evil, sub-human thought.

I've had it, from what I see, they have no values.  No more, one of these bands has to rise above.

4 Jurassics 4 Parks

You guys are overblowing how much of a douche Clapton is. Yes, he was a racist, a junkie, "Tears in Heaven" is indeed terrible, and all that, but how would you know he didn't care about his kid?  To say, "He didn't give a fuck about that kid when he was alive and then used his death to score some massive commercial

My uncle is The Rock's locksmith.

@avclub-734ffb84cfa214922893511fae356b45:disqus I would hate to be as cynical as you.  It must be really unpleasant to think like that.  Seriously, you better be a fucking troll.

The thing is, though, is that you can't really dust for vomit.
