Outside of the holy triumverate of "Duet," "The Visitor," and "In the Pale Moonlight," "Rocks and Shoals" may be my favorite episode.

@avclub-92a4841c9f86965effbc29fa6eae9f77:disqus I'm rewatching S7 now and am surprised, for one thing, by Ezri, who I had always despised and I felt was one of the largest failures of the final season.  Honestly, the character is not a bad one, and questions things about Trill joining I had previously found dubious.

@avclub-d80126524c1e9641333502c664fc6ca1:disqus , that is a nice scene, I agree.  I just wish we could have gotten there in a more believable manner.

@avclub-d80126524c1e9641333502c664fc6ca1:disqus When Jake 'turns' on Faux'Brien in "Whispers," my heart just breaks for the poor clone.

Agreed about the "stagey"-ness of it, @avclub-53e4db6f596904f154b5efa09193e3ab:disqus .  I love Oklahoma, but I see some of that present in that film, as well.

I love Garak.  It cannot be said often enough.

How much of a hand did Ron Moore have in making the DS9 finale?  Because I'm starting to question his ability to appropriately end an amazing television series.

Edward James Olmos as a Cardassian…I can't fathom the awesomeness of this.

I think "sucked" is too harsh a word.  The dancing of Kelly & Charisse don't allow it to suck.
