she is awesome in this episode. each time she saw something new she wanted, the crazy in her eyes and smile was ramped up just a bit. So funny

me too. I also appreciate that not everyone on the show is model-pretty, and the non-model pretty ones aren't made fun of or have their appearances commented on in any way.

that MILF joke was sold by the actors. The timing was perfect, and really made it feel like they were two people who had spent way too much time together.

I also thought during this episode that I would buy the soundtrack for the slightly off Broadway numbers as performed by Titus Andromedon. How amazing would the full length versions of these songs be?

that takes convincing?!? Time for divorce

Moulon Rouge and Eyes Wide Shut. I hated EWS …the plot is insufferable and the acting is ridiculous. I don't have as intense a hatred for MR, but I found it very arch and artificial, and never understood the hype.

I really disliked Magnolia, too. And I made the mistake of watching it with my mom

nope, you are correct. The Master is terrible

I was only partially listening to the questions and kept answering Outbreak to every single one without actually thinking about them. I laughed when it was finally an answer (because of course it had to be one in that category) and no one got it

I think she did what I did and heard "empire" and her mind jumped immediately to Roman without actually thinking about the clue. Which is ok when you are at home in your recliner, but can't just blurt out the first word that comes to mind when you are actually playing the game

it was worth the juxtaposition of those two shows, however. I think Candice Bure would faint dead away

I read it a very long time ago, but I remember really enjoying it. I read the first two books, but never finished the trilogy. Shame on me

I've only ever known it as the title of the book, which I don't think I have read

or alcohol. But mostly Graham Norton

the movie version is on Netflix (in the US at least), and is just ok (I loved the book). The book covers so much that it suffers when crammed into a movie's running time. The acting is wonderful, though

I'm no Law-talking guy either, but it seemed preposterous

I wasn't home on Thursday, so I don't know, but it was pre-empted on Friday for NCAA. I'm always so disappointed when it isn't on. Luckily, I have @avclub-eac75edc18b8546c46893fe4b75ab995:disqus to fill me in!

She is wonderful. I'll give anything she's in a chance. I watched more of Last Tango in Halifax than I really care to admit because of her excellent performance

one of the many reasons I never want to actually be on Jeopardy is that I am terrified I'd be so nervous that I'd make a mistake like that

he has a sixth sense for those DDs, though, doesn't he? Which is good because he is not fast with the buzzer
