I guess because I don't have any attachment to the character of Deadpool, and I definitely don't have the hatred for Ryan Reynolds that most of the people around here seem to, I think this looks like it could be a fun movie.

The other day I wondered whether or not the Kardashians would be as famous if OJ had been convicted?

I hope it is the version with Colin Firth, only because I have the Keira Knightly version on DVD and not that one.

can I have twenty dollars to go see a Star War?

I actually knew exactly what monument it was asking for and could not come up with it (and I've been to Paris 3 times, so pretty sad)

that was so awkward

When I saw the category subject, I guess Zamyatin would be the answer (actually I thought "Yevgeny Z-something that wrote "We", which I have read but can never remember the author's name). Now I'm thinking that might be too difficult for Jeopardy, since only one of them got Huxley

I thought the same thing. Granted, dystopian fiction is one of my favorite genres, but even if you needed to guess, you'd think Huxley would come to mind pretty easily

I found him oddly loveable too. My brother pointed out that you don't see a lot of older people win on Jeopardy, and it may be a bias in my memory, but that seems true. I wouldn't have minded Michelle winning either, as she seemed quite knowledgeable.

the one thing they don't seem to get too hung up on in Jeopardy is article use

I suspect this actually describes most Americans' political beliefs, but those aren't the people that get media coverage

it has happened to me once before….it is an uncomfortable feeling, isn't it?

That pun category was the woooorst. To begin with, they were just flat-out terrible puns. I don't like cutesy categories like that on Jeopardy, because they really have nothing to do with general knowledge, in my opinion.

Just the ends were bluish-green. It is the style that replaced the awful ombre that looked like people forgot to dye 3in of their roots

Americanah is so freaking good. Station 11 was great as well. I've been meaning to read Fun Home for a long time

God loves a terrier, yes he does!

I think this is what makes this plot line somewhat unique for TV

The Bobbie — I love that hoagie

I was wondering too, but it couldn't have been too different because doesn't Alex usually say something to the effect of "we would have also accepted X"?

if you could write all that in time, they'd have to give it to you, right?
