He spelled the name of his favorite show wrong, so I don't think there is much hope for "Tennant"

and George Clooney!

I don't watch these things when I'm actually on a plane, but I just watched this whole thing.

it is this exactly, I'm sure

I initially thought the same way you did. But, then I thought that maybe, just maybe this once, a parent could actually be the one to says no to their child or protects them from whatever they as a parent deems harmful by actually attending them through the entire store and not letting their little angels run around

I can't believe in all the arguing in this comment thread, not one of you noticed that Mae Whitman (Her? herself) is wearing an East Dillon Lions T shirt.

I watched Beetlejuice this weekend, and during the Day-O scene, I really appreciated Catherine O'Hara's superior physical acting skills. When you compare her to everyone else in that scene (except for Jeffrey Jones, who is also very good), she blows them out of the water. She (and JJ) manages to convey that her body

I didn't know Drew Goddard was writing the script! That makes me even more excited. Maybe Sean Bean will even make it to the end of the movie!

I was thinking that I wouldn't be able to tell if it was good or bad, because wth do I know about opera. But now I know how awful it has to be for me to be able to tell. ack!

when you write out her character description, it sounds so interesting. So why is she so flat on the screen? Is it the actress or the writing, or both? I'm not sure

she's the worst!

I cannot see the words "not quite dead yet" without thinking of Monty Python

Interesting question re: Mary not drowning, but powers still being water-based. At first I took it as tears=water, but the more i think about it, the more I think Katrina was lying about her death, so perhaps she did really drown?

It is pretty sad for the character of Katrina that I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who wanted her to drown. I also think she wasn't telling the truth about Mary's death, which could set up an interesting outcome from what was a not very interesting TV trope deployed here.

he seems to still have a good relationship with Alyson Hannigan, despite them not working together much, since he works so much with her husband, and she suggested Colbie Smulders as Maria Hill to Whedon

what are you, Big Pencil?

I love that clip! But you've sent me on a Mitchell and Webb you tube wormhole! Bah!

someone commenting on a different site about this episode said the same thing. I don't think that it is a coincidence that it looked like the Pandorica

Kind of a weekend of re-visiting pop culture I've already consumed. I picked up Beetlejuice for $5 at Target — what a great movie. Still holds up and Keaton's performance is just so funny and crass. And look how tiny Alec Baldwin looks! I went and watched Guardians of the Galaxy again last night because I was

it is a really beautiful show, both in the acting and visually
