i love how much people bitch about laugh tracks on here for shows that are filmed in front of live studio audiences

have you seen the original show? that line is a running gag

that was a great movie. at least I thought so as a kid…i have no idea how it holds up

terrible plastic surgery can be very aging

There is a link in the article to the Telegraph article about it

They'll have a tough time topping the opening number of the 2013 Tony Awards

being that guy's publicist must be an incredibly thankless and frustrating job

fake banana is the worst!

pumpkin chocolate cookies are the best! When I used to be more into cooking and baking, I'd make them all the time. YUM

My friend was at WDW this weekend and went to that party. She made an awesome Ursula costume — she said a few kids were afraid of her!

I think I would have stabbed myself in the eye if I was on the phone with any tech support for that long

thank you!

Busy on Friday and Saturday with work and other stuff, but I made up for it today by watching all of Broadchurch (I loved it…the acting was top notch and the cinematography was gorgeous…made up for some over use of the red herring device), last night's Doctor Who, and the Graham Norton show. Peter Capaldi was on and

me too. I think I read for about 3 years before I started commenting. I felt intimidated too!

I liked the Leftovers, but, as someone who read the book first, I thought any storyline involving Wayne or those around him (including Tom and Christine, the cop's son and the pregnant girl) got the shortest shrift in the show. I found them much more interesting and well-developed in the book than the show (well,

I binged Broadchurch today instead of working on my giant list of crap to do (I'm nothing if not a great procrastinator). The acting was phenomenal. I got the disks from the library, and the 3rd one was cracked, so i bought the last two episodes off of itunes. I couldn't stop watching.

Gilmore Girls really holds up, and a lot of that is the acting…such a great cast. And yes, Melissa McCarthy was so good as Sookie (and so different from many of the roles she favors now)

right now it is 60% off…they must have read your comment

that kid is so freaking cute. I loved that montage of the ER horrors along with the basketball horrors (i felt bad for the actor that plays Junior — how many takes did they have to do for the shot where he gets the other guy's junk smashed into his face?)

this premise sounds an awful lot like the plot of Serenity to me
