Unless, UNLESS, the mother did have a cancer scare which ends up negative and she survives, but Robin, who becomes their kids' godmother, does die herself.

M*A*S*H had a dead baby
It's been such a long time that they wrote for Katie, that it's no surprise that she acted so different from the character from beforehand right off the bat.
Diane Chambers' mom was Glynis Johns, who didn't even try to hide her accent, nor did Cheers attempt to make Diane British herself. So it's been done before.
It can go either way. Bays and Thomas like giving misdirection, and that would work here, since the "mother is dead" theory has been around for a while. Yet at the same time, if they were going with that route, it would be bad writing to not leave some hints before we get to the end. This may have been a little too on…
Possible twists to the line-
1- Ted's mom doesn't make it to their wedding
2- Her mother is already dead
Anyone have a third?
This was pretty okay, but the last couple of minutes were… wow. I'm happy to finally meet Robin's mom!
Even The Blacklist's ratings sunk when it lost The Voice as an anchor. It still did better than pretty much anything else on NBC, but if you need proof of how reliant the network is on The Voice, here you go.
That's the game.
I really got into this week's Community when they dropped Jeff's out-of-nowhere returning interest for Britta. Everything else was fine.
The only thing I don't really agree with is the Jerry/Larry episode- I just really like the idea of letting him have a story where he isn't the butt of the joke for a change.
Ben and Larry were the definite MVPs this episode. I agree with the criticism of the show as of late, but I really liked everything involving these two this week.
Kind of. Parks is funnier than late-period Office, but they haven't really learned their lesson from that part of the show at all.
They're doing so well because they're being anchored by The Voice. Take that slot away, and they'll make Parks and Community ratings in no time.
Was Ed Grimely supposed to be Asian? I never really understood, but it kind of seemed that way.
Hmm, of the BP winners here that I've seen, I only like Gone With the Wind (more on a technical level though, because yes, this shit is toxically racist), American Beauty, and parts, no, aspects, of Forrest Gump.
B+.
I just double-checked, and nope, you haven't done "Body of an American" by The Pogues yet, either. It's time to change this.
Demi Lovato- Neon Lights
Van Halen- Could This Be Magic
