Am I the only one who thinks Sweeney Todd is overrated (the movie, not the musical)? Sure, it's the best of Burton's recent output, but at best it's a merely adequate by-numbers adaptation of a great musical. And it omitted the best song, "The Ballad of Sweeney Todd," which is an absolute sin.
