I saw the artwork probably half a dozen times, but hadn't really looked closely enough to notice, but when I went to listen to the album on Rdio, the artwork was blurred. So I naturally looked up the original and immediately saw the cock and balls.

I had this exact same thought last night as I was debating whether nor not to buy this album. I don't think I know enough about Will Oldham to know how this album compares to his other work.
Why would you want to see something that was made before 2010? Just catch the remake when it comes out in a couple of years.
