Supposably it's still happening, but like Duke Nukem Forever it'll probably be another 11 years before we play it.

It really was a weird show. Though, that was kind of the appeal. Especially when the writers learned in later seasons that they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it.

They sometimes cut out the couch gags if they need more time for plot. Which if you ask me, is for the best. Now, the couch gags can be funny now and then, but if I had to trade them off for more story, then I'd gladly do so.
