He'll stagger around if you get him near an extinguisher and shoot it. You've got a couple seconds to headshot him a few times while he's reeling.

Behind a stack of boxes to the right there's a security computer you can hack to set the gun to be on your side. With the gun and two grenades I got through that part without dying once.
