things that make me cry
futurama's Jurassic Bark.

this is a test just to see if i can reply, as it keeps getting deleted.

Family love Michael.

when he wakes up in the alien slumber tank/city scape (that the matrix ripped off) and you see all the other alien chambers and you know THEY'RE FILLED WITH PEOPLE!!!

the fuzz guitar on "wheels" makes me sooooo happy.

that'd be texasville.
and it's not really that bad.

fuck, did i ever find "i want you" at a bad time in my life. pining and drug addled and fucking squatting in a horrible house in the city, while people cut up crank in my basement. bad times people.

mountain goats "pale green things" is a difficult one for me.
however, "no children" is the perfect antedote.

cohen's "famous blue raincoat" does it for me.
i too wrote a letter much like the one in that song, filled with false modesty and attempts at closure that were never possible.

"yes it is" is probably my favourite beatles song.
"lucifer sam" is my favourite floyd.

i prefer the burrito bros. version of "wild horses".

i'm probably in the minority here, but i really like xiu xiu's version. (not to say that it's better, it's just a really good cover)

for what it's worth, "sway" is my favourite stones track.

(can't start my own thread at work)
Dignified and Old would be on my shortlist.
but my favourite song is "Not So Much To Be Loved As To Love" by Mr. Richman (or "Headless Horseman" by the Microphones)

stop!!!
I've got a sheet of acid in my pocket!
