Starring Crag Robunshen and Crak Chuke.

Wait, is this an episode of I Love Films?

I've found the characters total blank slates for Asimov's ideas, as I can't seem to tell them apart in the slightest. But I just don't care. It's such a wonderful series, with some really interesting themes about empire, and decline, and the potential of mathematics in predicting behavior on a broad historical scale.

Oh sorry, should have specified. I'm talking about James Gleick's The Information. It's a nonfiction book about the history of information theory.

I've been on a reading kick since the New Year.

I work as a city planner, so it's been interested to see Park and Rec take up an issue like gentrification as basically the main storyline this season. Tangentially, it's also been interesting seeing them do the whole 15 minutes into the future thing really, really well. The tech and special effects are top notch and

The tree stars in Land Before Time always looked delicious.

I hope someone got fired for that blunder.

Well it's Hollywood Facts and we're going downtown
Going to Inglewood now
Everybody do your facts and know your stars
There's glitz and glamor and
Lots of bars
Get a drink at a club
Then go walk in front of the Chinese theater

Horrifying is the right word for it. I couldn't sleep for two days after that episode. Totally unsettling and horrific.

We should let the show find it's legs. CBB was pretty crappy in the beginning too and struggled to find some internal consistency. I think we're all so used to the polished work of the traditional stable of podcasts, that something new with some less established players is hard to get used to. I'm hopeful.

Hashtags. So many hashtags.

I haven't listened to it yet, but I do wonder what kind of long term damage watching this movie so many times can actually do. Seriously. It sounds like actual torture.

I use BeyondPod, which was recently redesigned from a very simple interface into something pointlessly complicated. I still can't totally figure it out, but it gets the job done.

I wasn't a huge fan of the selections, but I loved loved loved the Best Of eps themselves. So much fun listening to PFT and Aukerman talk about the show, how it works, what they liked about it, and what it means to them.

Put my phone down at night and far away from my bed and read a whole lot more before sleep. And after waking up. And during the day. Basically, make time for reading.

A guy with a huge sore on his lip, if I'm not mistaken.

Is this an episode of Let's Be Frank?

Oh wow this thread fills up quickly. I practiced piano a bunch (suffering through a boring as hell waltz), bought and put up a Christmas tree, and watched Elf and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Quality weekend.

This past season may just match my season 3 rewatchability record.
