The Lady and the Tramp. The part with the singing Siamese cats scared the shit out of me. I watched that movie almost every day when I was 3 or 4.

I never really recognized it as anxiety or depression earlier in my life. It just was how I behaved. It was normal. But then I read about people who have it and were able to recognize it and take steps to get better, and I think it might be something worth doing.

I've always had issues with anxiety and depression but have never really talked to a professional about it. How does one go about finding a therapist? I'm baffled.
